Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of this rare species from Broken Hill!!! This specimen is almost entirely comprised of solid iodargyrite!!! The iodargyrite has characteristic light yellow color and marked translucence!!! There are numerous areas throughout the specimen that exhibit a complex network of crystalline features and lustrous faces!!! There is a small area that hosts unidentified black mineralization as well!!! This specimen is way better than the pictures show!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
