Description/Interesting Notes:
A rare, old time example of this rare species from former Persia!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of sharp, lustrous crystals
of iranite distributed across its broad face!!! The iranite crystals are sharp, glassy, and significantly sized!!! The crystals
have marked clarity and range in size to over 1mm!!! The iranite crystals have a root-beer brown to amber color!!! There are also
numerous intense orange-red tabular crystals of an unidentified species in association as well!!! There are several unidentified species
in association as well!!! This is a killer, old time example of this rare species and is way better than the pics show!!! There is a lot
going on with this specimen upon close inspection!!! This is old material from the Sorbonne Museum in Paris and retains a Sorbonne label as well!!!
Rare material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
