Description/Interesting Notes: An exceptional, rare example of jade after quartz from Wyoming!!! Fine examples of nephrite jade after quartz are incredibly rare indeed!!! The great majority of such specimens exist as tiny fragments that are often barely recognizable as quartz pseudomorphs - this is an exceptionallly large and sharply defined example - and prominently perched on matrix as well!!!
