Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of a jasper pseudomorph after barite from Utah!!! This specimen consists of a radiating cluster of sharp, blocky barite crystals that have been completely replaced by lively red jasper!!! The crystals are sharply defined and have a slight translucence!!! This specimen retains an old Hamel Minerals label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
