Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of kesterite and mushistonite from China!!! This specimen consists of a highly complex crystal of kesterite that is hosts an attractive coating of green mushistonite and an association of particularly lustrous, fine platy crystals of muscovite!!! The kesterite crystal exhibits the characteristic highly complex, multiple twinning often seen in this uncommon species!!! The mushistonite has a lively green hue and completely coveres the kesterite crystal!!! The specimen is sharp, complete and pristine all around!!! These Chinese kesterite specimens were available for a very short time several years ago and have almost dissappeared entirely since then, with specimen commanding ridiculous prices when they do come up!!!
