Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of kinoite and apophyllite from the Christmass Mine!!! This specimen hosts a rich coverage of intense, royal blue kinoite crystals in association with water-clear, glassy apophyllite crystals!!! One end of the specimen hosts a dense distribution of just kinoite crystals and, as one travels to the opposite side the apophyllite crystals become more and more numerous!!! The apophyllite crystals seem to amplify the color of the kinoite crystals and add a lot of "sparkle" as well!!! A very handsome specimen indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
