Description/Interesting Notes: A rare example of krohnkite with atacamite from the type locale (krohnkite) in Chile!!! This specimen hosts a colorful combination of deep emerald green atacamite crystals in association with light blue krohnkite crystals!!! The krohnkite crystals are unusually well formed for the species, which is more commonly seen as crudely crystalline masses!!! The broad faces of the specimen host crystals that are highly compressed, however one side of the specimen hosts an impressive cluster of freestanding crystals!!!
