Description/Interesting Notes: A rare example of native lead from Canada!!! This specimen consists of a flattened alluvial nugget of native lead that is accented by a red-orange coating of lead oxides (massicot, litharge, minium, etc.)!!! Examples of native lead from this locality are very rare and I am told this was one of just three specimens found there (collected by Mark Mauthner)!!!
