A rare example of leiteite and ludlockite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a rigid, euhedral crystal of leiteite that hosts
rich inclusions of bright red-orange ludlockite as well as rich tufts of hair-like ludluckite on the surface!!!
The crystal is sharp and blocky, rather than a single cleavage sheet as is so
often seen with leiteite specimens!!! This crystal actually exhibits complex terminations on each end!!!
The crystal is lustrous and has marked translucence!!! The color is quite handsome, especially
set off by its translucence!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
