Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of leucite from Italy!!! This specimen hosts a large, 2.5cm leucite crystal prominently perched atop a well balanced matrix!!! The crystal is sharp, complete, and pristine!!! The crystal also has a certain degree of translucence and marked luster as well!!! Upon close examination, one will find that all the white "specks" on the matrix are actually tiny leucite crystals as well!!! This is simply a fantastic example of this old, classic material!!!
