Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of this rare and highly prized tourmaline species known for its incredible, multi-color zoning!!! This specimen consists of a thick partial crystal section of liddicoatite that exhibits a particularly handsome pattern of colors with fine concentric banding!!! While sometimes these specimens can have somewhat drab colors, this specimen shows an fantastic combination of greens and pinks with highlights of indigo and amber!!! The concentric banding is patricularly fine and attractive as well!!! This is valuable material and if it was cut could yield some very incredible specimens!!! Rare old time material!!!
