Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare uranium bearing species from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of a highly complex crystal of liebigite!!! The crystal has intense bright fluorescent yellow color that is WAY more intense than the pictures show!!! The crystal has marked translucence and well defined, highly complex faces!!! The broadest crystal face exibits pronounced hoppered growth that is quite striking in person!!! This specimen is simply incredible in person - the color is outrageous!!! Save for underside, the crystal is complete and undamaged!!! This was part of a small group of exceptional liebigite specimens from an old collection that represented some of the best crystals I have seen of the species!!!
