Ludlockite and Schaurteite on Calcite with Tennantite & Germanite Tsumeb, Namibia 3.17cm x 2.1cm x 1.9cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A very rare example of schaurteite and ludlockite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a calcite matrix with a vein of germanite and tennantite that hosts numerous areas of rich orange-red ludlockite and areas of slightly pearly, hairlike crystals of schaurteite!!! This is very rare material and more schaurteite could likely be revealed by splitting the calcite along its seams!!! This specimen originally came from John Innes!!!
