Description/Interesting Notes: A rare locality example of malachite from Nicaragua!!! This specimen consists of a rich green botryoidal cluster of malachite crystals!!! This material is unusually hard and dense - this is actually high grade lapidary grade malachite similar to what is seen in the choicest old time material from the Urals in Russia!!! This is one of just a handful of specimens I have EVER seen from this locality!!! This specimen is from the Fluck collection!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
