Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous combination of malachite and quartz from Mexico!!! This specimen hosts a complex, elongated quartz crystal paired with showy green botryoids of malachite on a matrix covered with smaller, sparkling quartz points!!! The main quartz crystal has a complex almost pineapple-like appearance with prism faces comprised of smaller quartz crystal faces!!! The malachite crystals have a handsome deep green color with an almost velvety luster!!! A very showy specimen indeed!!! This specimen came from finds made in the 1970's!!!
