This locality has produced some of the most exceptional examples of this rare species that easily rival or exceed the classic finds from Chile or Broken Hill!!! While the cuprite specimens from this locality have been somewhat prolific, there were just a scant handful of these incredible marshite crystals found in one small area of the mine!!! These are truly exceptional examples of the species and this is a fantastic example for the locality as well!!! This crystal has a highly complex octahedral habit with lustrous faces and marked translucence!!! These specimens are already all gone - don't miss out!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
