Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of hematite after magnetite from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of cluster of sharp octahedral crystals of magnetite that have been replaced by hematite!!! There is also a small amount of primary hematite and calcite in association as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
