Description/Interesting Notes: A historic, old time example of amazonite from Sweden!!! This specimen consists of a finely polished slab of translucent, green crystals of amazonite!!! This specimen retains an old label from D.J.M. Fuchs that is dated 1868!!! The amazonite crystals show marked translucence and a distinct, characteristic greenish color!!! Amazing historic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
