A terrific example of valencianite and milarite from Mexico!!! This speicmen consists of a showy cluster of
complex valencianite crystals that hosts a few scattered crystals of yellow milarite!!! The milarite crystals consist of lustrous
hexagonal crystals to 6.5mm tucked amongst the lustrous blades of valencianite!!! Valencianite is a unique varietal of adularia that consists
of the highly complex, pearly blades seen here!!! The Valenciana Mine is the type locality for the varietal!!! This specimen
retains an old Lidstrom's label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
