Mimetite with Native Copper Tsumeb, Namibia 5.1cm x 4.23cm x 2.93cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic combination of native copper and mimetite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen hosts numerous light yellow crystals of mimetite in association with prominent dendritic clusters of native copper crystals!!! The mimetite crystals are present as stout hexagonal crystals and upon close inspection one can see that the native copper is well crystallized as well!!! The matrix is comprised of tiny dolomite crystals that have a lively, sparkly luster and owe their reddish color to their copper/cuprite inclusions!!! This specimen is quite handsome in person!!!
