Beryl var. Morganite with Quartz & Albite var. Cleavelandite White Queen Mine, Hiriart Mountain, Pala District, San Diego Co., California 10cm x 7.8cm x 5.4cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this esteemed gem species from California!!! This specimen consists of a quartz and cleavlandite matrix that hosts a large gem nodule of pink morganite!!! This gem nodule is partially crystalline, having many tiny complex crystal faces on various surfaces!!! There are areas where one can see right into the morganite and see that this is choice GEM morganite!!! This is valuable cutting rough indeed, however it is a much better classic California specimen in my opinion!!! The morganite has very rich, choice pink color and there is a very lively play of light within the nodule!!! The cleavlandite has an almost slightly bluish color and there are several tiny crystals of pink lepidolite in minor association - as well as two very tiny stibiotantalite crystals!!!
