Nakauriite Nakauri mine, Shinshiro city, Aichi prefecture, Chubu Region, Honshu Island, Japan 5.56cm x 4.46cm x 2.7cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A rare example of nakauriite from the type locality!!! This specimen consists of an olive green serpentine matrix that hosts numerous brightly colored patches of blue to greenish blue nakauriite!!! The nakauriite is present both as royal blue acicular crystals and partially crystalline crusts!!! A rich and fantastic example of this rare species!!!
