Nambulite Fukushima Prefecture, Tohoku Region, Honshu Island, Japan 6.6cm x 5.77cm x 4.5cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of this rare species from Japan!!! This specimen consists of a large mass of pink to orange-pink nambulite!!! The great majority of this specimen is comprised of nambulite, however there is some darkly colored braunite and possibly tephroite in association as well!!! There are some tiny crystalline features to be found upon close examination throughout the specimen!!! This specimen retains an antique Max Davis (London) label as well!!!
