An unusual example of natrolite from Montana!!! This specimen was recently acquired in a collection acquisition and its label gives its locality as simply "Montana"!!!
Even more intriguingly, the specimen's history is given as "Ex. Edw. A. Geister - Ex. Chas Smith - Ex. John Sinkankas" on the back of the collector's label and
it also lists Sinkankas as the collector with a date of 12/1/54!!! What a curious specimen!!! While it does not appear to
be terminated, or it has a complex/amorphous termination, the specimen is lustrous and quite gemmy!!! What a curious specimen?!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
