Nioboaeschynite-(Ce) Upper Fir carbonatite, Kamloops Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada 1.78cm x 1.6cm x .76cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A very rare example of crystalline nioboaeschynite-Ce from Canada!!! This rare species is known almost exclusively as massive material, however this specimen is from a very small, one time find of very well crystallized nioboaeschynite-Ce crystals!!! These are some the finest known examples of crystalline nioboaeschynite-Ce (basically the ONLY meaningful crystals)!!! This specimen consists of a solid crystal of nioboaeschynite-Ce in association with a small amount of matrix!!! The crystal has dark color with dark brownish highlights and marked luster!!! There are no "complete" crystals of this material and this is a fantastic example of the species for this extremely limited find!!! This material is from a recent find and it is my understanding only a very small amount of this incredible material was recovered!!! This is my last remaining specimen so don't miss out!!!
