Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of sunstone from Norway!!! This specimen consists of a richly colored and exceptionally brilliant crystal of sunstone in association with a few olive colored apatite crystals!!! The sunstone has deep, rich reddish orange color and marked high translucent clarity!!! The crystal shows a remarkably bright and intense flash of golden fire throughout the entire specimen!!! The pictures hardly capture just how choice and dramatic this specimen is!!! This specimen retains old labels from William J. Webb, the Sunshine Acres School (a very "unique" fully accredited private school - circa 1939, it was part of the nation's first Nudist colony), and the Wintringham Collection!!!
