Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of precious opal var. boulder opal from Australia!!! This specimen hosts broad faces of intensely fiery precious opal on both sides!!! One side of this specimen is just LOADED with multi-color fire - showing lots of large, intense blue-purple, and green flashes!!! The specimen almost looks as though it is plugged in or electrified in person!!! The opposite side hosts a particularly thick (for boulder opal) mass of translucent precious opal with oriented, sparkly fire scattered throughout!!! The pics do not even come close to capturing just how fiery this specimen is in person!!! Absolutely striking in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
