Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely magnificent example of this rare species from Zambia!!! This specimen hosts numerous juxtaposed groups of parallel crystals on a darkly colored matrix!!! The crystals are sharp, lustrous, and translucent - and contrast nicely with the matrix!!! The crystals range in size to an impressive 1.4cm!!! This specimen is from an old collection and retains an old catalogue number affixed on the underside!!! This is a killer example of the species for the locality and rarely are they seen of such size and quality!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
