This specimen consists of a grouping of large, smoky quartz crystals that serves as a matrix for an incredibly rich showing of phenakite crystals!!! This specimen hosts several rich clusters of sharp, highly lustrous phenakite crystals!!! The crystals are sharp, translucent to gemmy, and range in size up to 6mm!!! This specimen is loaded with significant crystals and the crystals are much more numerous and fine than the pictures show!!! This is a significant Maine phenakite specimen!!! This specimen came from the collection of noted New England collector Ken Hollman!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
