Phillipsite with Calcite "Hoven in the Hegen," Former West Germany 8.06cm x 5.55cm x 5.16cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of this rare zeolite from Germany!!! This specimen hosts numerous broad vugs that are completely lined with sharp, lustrous phillipsite crystals to 1.5mm in association with two large, pristine rhombs of honey-colored calcite!!! Simply a superb - and very significant - example of this rare zeolite!!! This specimen was obtained in an old collection and its label notes its location as "Hoven in the Hegen, West Germany"!!!
