Description/Interesting Notes:
A classic, old time example of phosphophyllite from Bolivia!!! This specimen hosts a striking, 2.25cm phosphophyllite
crystal prominently perched on matrix!!! In addition to the main crystal there are numerous smaller, textbook-perfect, twinned crystals of
gem clear phosphophyllite scattered across the matrix as well!!! The main crystal has sharp, glassy faces with gemmy clarity
and the classic lively green color that is so characteristic of this famed locality!!! The main crystal exhibits fantastic twinning and
actually appears to be twinned in three different axis upon close study!!! While the one termination is not entirely complete, the specimen displays
magnificently regardless!!! This specimen is lively and dynamic in person!!! Simply a fantastic, matrix example of
this very rare and highly sought after "Holy Grail" mineral species!!!
