Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare platinum bearing species from Alaska!!! This is a group of seven individual specimens of a highly complex, alluvial crystals of isoferroplatinum!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope, the crystals have areas of complex crystalline features!!! There are also small areas that appear to have distinctly different metallic hues and luster!!! These crystals were part of a group of specimens set aside for further study (to look for other rare PGM species found in association)!!! Rare material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
