Platinum Granite Creek, Similkameen, British Columbia, Canada 3.7mm x 3mm x 2.5mm

Description/Interesting Notes: A rare example of this famed species from Canada!!! This specimen consists of an alluvial crystal of native platinum!!! Under close examination, one can see this crystal's cubic forms!!! When viewed under the stereoscope there are numerous curious features, like stepped faces, that suggest it may be a rarer platinum species from the locality (it is the type locality for several rare platinum species)!!!
