Description/Interesting Notes: A very large and impressive crystal of polybasite from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of a large, heavy, highly complex crystal of polybasite!!! It is difficult to appreciate from this pics, but this specimen is much more crystalline than it appears!!! Nearly all of the irregular surfaces are actually complexly etched crystalline features with almost velveteen striations when viewed in person!!! The specimen has handsome, brilliant silvery metalic luster and is detailed with some fine, microcrystalline chalcopyrite crystals in some areas as well!!! This specimen is from a seldom referenced Zacatecas locale and retains an old Conklin label as well!!! Way better than the pics show!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
