A gorgeous, old time classic example of this famed "ruby silver" from Germany!!! This specimen consists of a large mass of botryoidal
native arsenic that hosts numerous sharp, bright ruby red crystals of proustite to nearly 1cm!!! The crystals are sharp, lustrous, bright, and intensely colored!!!
There are also some incredible examples of actual crystalline arsenic on the underside as well!!! This specimen is simply gorgeous in person - the pics
don't even come close to doing it justice!!! This specimen retains an old label from the Freiberg Museum as well!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
