Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of rhodochrosite in association with proustite and pearceite from Peru!!! This specimen hosts a broad face of complex rhodochrosite crystals that is punctuated by several small but bright red proustite crystals in association with sharp pearceite crystals!!! In addition there are some slightly rounded tabular calcite crystals present as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
