Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic example of pyrargyrite and this rare silver bearing species from Germany!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of
highly complex, dark red crystals of pyrargyrite in association with dense, rich clusters of intergrown argentopyrite
crystals!!! The pyrargyrite crystals are present as highly complex crystals with sharp, glassy luster, deep red color and
areas of marked clarity!!! Curiously, upon close inspection many of the pyrargyrite crystals appear to be hollow and host
tiny pyrargyrite and argentopyrite crystals on the inside!!! Nearly all of the brassy colored material on the specimen is
rare argentopyrite!!! Upon close inspection one can see well defined crystals of argentopyrite all over the specimen!!! This is a
magnificent and very rich example of this rare species!!! Way better than the pics show!!! Rare old time material!!!
