Description/Interesting Notes:
A magnificent example of pyrargyrite from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of an intergrown cluster of brilliantly lustrous pyrargyrite crystals!!! The
crystals are present as conjoined groups of parallel crystals that are doubly terminated and have sharp, brilliantly lustrous faces!!! This specimen
is WAY better than the pictures show and displays gorgeously from numerous angles!!! The specimen shows flashes of deep red color throughout and deep red color can be
seen when backlit!!! This specimen came out of some old collection material that detailed the specific area of the mine as "La Choya, Tiro Buenos Aires, Level 425" of the
Proano Mine (presumably names of mine areas on the 425 level)!!! The pics don't even come close to doing this fantastic specimen justice!!!
Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED MONDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY APRIL 7th!!!
