Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of pyrargyrite from Pribram!!! This specimen hosts a highly complex, compound crytal of pyrargyrite on matrix in association with calcite and quartz crystals!!! The pyrargyrite crystal has brilliant, glassy luster and sharply defined features!!! The pyrargyrite crystal has dark, near black color with some minor reddish accents upon close examination!!! The calcite crystals are present as sharp, disc-like crystals and the quartz crystals are small, sharp points!!! Upon close inspection there are some additional tiny crystals of pyrargyrite present as well!!! This specimen is from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and retains a museum label with Dean L. Martalock Collection notation!!! Classic old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
