Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of pyrargyrite from Germany!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of intergrown crystals of pyrargyrite!!! The crystals are lustrous and have deep red color with flashes of ruby red within!!! With backlighting, one can see that the main crystal is quite gemmy as well!!! This specimen retains an old unattributed label, as well as a label from Dr. F.P. D'Esopo!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
