The razor-sharp octahedral crystals of pyrite from Turkey have always been highly regarded as incredible examples of the species among collectors!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, single floater crystal of pyrite!!! The crystal has brilliantly metallic faces all around!!! The specimen is incomplete on one corner, however, as you can see it still displays fantastically!!! This specimen retains its original Schlicter collection label along with detailed notecard (with McMillan notation)!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
