Description/Interesting Notes: A rare locality example of pyromorphite from North Carolina!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of prismatic, pale tan pyromorphite crystals on matrix!!! The crystals are present as radiating sprays and are nearly colorless in some cases!!! The crystals have sharp, lustrous faces and marked clarity!!! This is a very unusual pyromorphite indeed!!! This specimen retains a handwritten label affixed to its acrylic box from Neal Yedlin!!! Rare old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
