Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time, rare locality example of pyromorphite with magnificent provenance!!! This rare classic Idaho pyromorphite is from the collection of famed mineral collector John Sinkankas!!! This specimen hosts a striking showing of sharp, significantly sized, lime-avacado green pyromorphite crystals richly covering the matrix!!! The pyromorphite crystals exhibit characteristic prismatic hexagonal form with some of the crystals showing slightly hoppered modifications!!! This fantastic old timer retains old labels from Ward's, the collection of George Carl Gerber, John Sinkankas, and Bob Jenkins!!! All of the original labels are included and the specimen retains affixed catalogue labels as well!!! The Sinkankas label retains very detailed history and description as well!!!
