Description/Interesting Notes:
A terrific example of pyromorphite from this classic locality!!! This specimen consists of a dense cluster of
lively green pyromorphite crystals on a matrix of quartz and what appears to be a large, altered galena crystal!!! The
crystals have rich color and appreciable size!!! This specimen came from the collection of Frank Tobey and retains his very detailed
labelling indicating that he acquired it from the Newark Museum in 1934, there is also a label that likely came from the museum as well!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
