Description/Interesting Notes: While this specimen looks very much like pyromorphite, it is actually MIMETITE!!! This locality is known for its mimetite var. campylite specimens that exhibit characteristic rounded forms and a variety of colors from red to yellow to green!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of lively green crystals of mimetite that show somewhat rounded features!!! A very handsome and showy example of mimetite indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
