A magnificent, old time classic example of this pyrosmalite from Nordmark!!! This specimen consists of a piece of massive magnetite that boasts
a broad face covered with sharp pyrosmalite crystals in association with chlorite!!! The pyrosmalite crystals consist of sharp, lustrous, hexagonal
barrels!!! This specimen is undamaged and displays fantastically!!! These old European classics represent the best of the species and this is a terrific
example!!! This specimen retains an old label from the Carlton M. Davis collection and a detailed catalogue card from the Parker collection - indicating it was
acquired in 1980!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
