Description/Interesting Notes: A classic smoky quartz "gwindel" crystal from Switzerland!!! This specimen consists of a complex, doubly terminated smoky quartz "gwindel" that hosts a sparkly green dusting of chlorite crystals on its surface!!! The crystal is complete all around, with sharp crystal faces on the bottom as well!!! The crystal has pristine gem clarity throughout, which is much more dramatic in person!!! The internal play of light in person is quite striking as well!!! The crystal shows pronounced rotation on the c-axis as is characteristic of these prized beauties!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition all around and is WAY better than the pics show!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
