Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent, old time example of this rare and sought after species from Langban!!! This specimen is LOADED with darkly colored quenselite in association with calcite!!! There are fine, complete crystals of quenselite to over 1mm richly scattered all over the specimen and the broad face of the specimen is covered with significant, cleavage faces to nearly 3mm!!! Upon close inspection in person this is a remarkable example of this rare species!!! This is OLD material and there are some unattributed catalogue numbers affixed as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!! We just acquired the 6000+ specimen PERSONAL collection of Tony Nikischer and there are going to be some very exciting minerals to come in the upcoming days and weeks!!!
