Description/Interesting Notes:
An outstanding example of rhodochrosite from Mont Saint-Hilaire!!! This specimen consists of a showy, columnar cluster of
characteristic triangular-shaped rhodochrosite crystals in association with white blades of albite, a few scattered
needles of black aegerite, and some other unidentified associates as well!!! The rhodochrosite crystals
have sharp, complex, triangular shaped habits with glassy luster and handsome pink color!!! The crystals are
undamaged and range in size to well over 2cm!!! The specimen displays gorgeously all around!!! Simply a magnificent
example of rhodochrosite from Mont Saint Hilaire!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
