Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic example of rhodochrosite from Argentina!!! This specimen consists of a pair of conjoined stalactite-like clusters of
rhodochrosite crystals!!! While this specimen might appear to be a stalactite at first glance, it is actually a complete, floater cluster of crystals
with no point of attachment whatsoever!!! This specien is complete all around!!! The crystals have rich pink color and have a distinct,
velveteen-like luster!!! This handsome specimen exhibits a selective coating of an unidentified mineral on one side - giving it a
uniquely aesthetic two-tone appearance!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition all around and displays magnificently in person!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
